Booth Selection & Fees

Vendor Agreement

This Vendor Agreement outlines the responsibilities and expectations of the vendor listed below ("Vendor") and the Heartland Lifestyle Festival ("Festival").

1. Booth & Materials

● All vendor materials and products must remain within the booth or space assigned by the Festival.

● Any modifications or exceptions must be documented in a written addendum signed by both parties.

● Vendors are responsible for maintaining a neat and orderly booth area. Trash must be disposed of in designated receptacles, and recyclable items placed in recycling containers.

2. Fees & Payment

● Booth fees are due upon submission of the application unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

● All fees must be paid in full before the beginning of the event.

Promotional Agreement

• Vendors agree to promote the Heartland Lifestyle Festival on their business website and/or social media at least 60 days prior to the event (90 days preferred).

• A $15 promotional discount will be applied to vendors who advertise the event. Vendors who participate in promotional efforts may also receive up to two complimentary admission tickets for affiliated staff.

Additional Information

● Partner Vendors and Sponsors will be acknowledged in festival advertising and promotional media.

● Electricity and other services must be requested prior to booth assignment.

● Please attach an addendum for any special needs or additional services that are required.

Release of Liability

I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Heartland Lifestyle Festival, organized by Heartland Lifestyle LLC.

I understand that participation in this event may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or loss. By signing below, I agree to the following:

1. I hereby release and hold harmless Heartland Lifestyle LLC, the Heartland Lifestyle Festival, its owners, promoters, organizers, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising out of or related to my participation in the event.

By signing below, the vendor acknowledges understanding of the festival's vendor policies and agrees to abide by the terms of participation and release of liability.
