Sponsor Information

Sponsor Agreement

This Sponsor Agreement outlines the responsibilities and expectations of the sponsor/partner listed below (“Sponsor”) and the Heartland Lifestyle Festival (“Festival”).

Sponsor Level

Gold Level

  • Festival Promotional Agreement

  • 6 VIP attendance wristbands with swag bags

  • One complementary extra-large outdoor booth (16x16)

  • Staff use of “Wellness on Wheels”

  • 2 Naturopathic Assessments

Silver Level

  • Festival Promotional Agreement

  • 4 VIP attendance wristbands

  • One complementary outdoor booth

  • Staff use of “Wellness on Wheels”

Partner Level

  • Festival Promotional Agreement

  • 2 VIP attendance wristbands

Promotional Agreement

  • Heartland Lifestyle Festival will list the sponsor or partner on their business website and social media at least 60 days prior to the event.

  • Partners and Sponsors will be acknowledged in festival advertising and promotional media. All logos and advertising media must be received by the Festival at least 90 days before the event to be included on posters and other advertising media..
